We started collecting debt after buying a new car about 6 years ago, then furniture and some other items. We handled it pretty well by moving it around between cards. I then bought a house and fixed it up and the goal was to sell the house, pay off all the bills and buy another one. But that did not work like planned. We had 2 kids in the meantime, only paid down part of our debt and the rest we had to live on because of having a single income now. There have been some other bills that have come up and added to our problems, but now we are about 60k in debt, and we were almost debt free just about 2 years ago.

So I have to start all over again. I have a piece of property I have owned for years, but I am not willing to sell it, I really want to borrow against it, but it only has an old run down mobile on it. I actually don't live there, I rent.

So, that's where I am at. I have a bunch of CC and a nasty car payment and I need to consildate and pay.

Take a free quote from a debt counselor. One referred by this website will be calling you shortly. He may adjust your payments in the program and you won't need to put your property as collateral. Consolidation can be done on all unsecured debts. Your debt is quite a big total. Maybe, you can look into a debt settlement program that can reduce the debt to half the amount. If you are not aware of your options, find the perfect debt solution that adjusts in your situation. This page might help
