Payday Loan question

Is this something that I could be prosecuted for for fraud or what would happen?
I have paydayok, united cash loans, and cashnetusa... I talked to cashnetusa in the past and they said Oklahoma requires you to pay all in full and not renewal or extensions, however the other 2 allow that, but I cannot even do that anymore.
Thanks for any info
The only way out so I could keep my house would be to cancel direct deposit and let the loans bounce electronically, pay mortgage and then try paying them payments.
I have not done this but don't know what else and if the consequences would be just as a debt, possible garnishment or much harsh legal actions. Would I be considered a criminal

I am glad you found this site, your in the right place. I am in the same situation however I have eight payday loans out. I had to stop my direct deposit and have it go to another account. I am working with my bank about my negative account. I have contact Langhorne Law firm about consolidating my payday loan debt because I need some releif. There are several people here that are full of useful information.
You can contact your bank about placing stop payments on the ach transactions and try to make some arrangements with them Learn what your state laws are regarding payday loans and the interest they allowed to charge. I have dealt with CashnetUSA and they pretty much follow the law about payday loans, see what settlement you can offer them because they will take the whole amount that you borrowed. Good luck
