This company did the same thing to me, they asked if I had applied for a pdl and I told them yes, they had said that I had signed up for the service. They did not give me a hard time and said they get these phone calls alot because people don't realize they signed up with them. I had my refund put back in my account withint 48 hours. Hope that helps. Did you try contacting them. I called the number on my bank statement.
