is Corporate Receivables real?

Well, well, well it seems we all have something in common. 2months ago I started getting the same amount of calls and finally was able to make a settlement with the help of my father. Now in Oct I've yet to recieve a receipt for the $1800 we paid to this company. I called today to complain and Joe Owens..very very rude told me I threw the paper away and that I owe him a thank you for saving me money on my debt. Also that if I wanted another letter stating the transaction to send a certified letter to 3003 N central Ave #320 Phoeniz, AZ 85012. Boy do I wish I lived there...I'm getting very nervous that this matter will never be removed from my credit rep and that the company is full of S*%t.

It sounds very suspicious. Do you have the proof of your payment done to the company? Show them your copies and ask for proof about what they did with the money. They are accountable to give you the info. If they don't say anything, complain to your state attorney general about this activity.

Well when I called today Mr. Owens told me to send them a certified letter with a self addressed envelope and they would send the receipt/letter. If that doesn't work I will pursue other avenues.
