Accurate Addresses PLEASE for 4 PDL Co

Hello, i am really hoping someone will be able to provide me with addresses that will get me some respones. After visiting this site and seeing and reviewing all the excellent advice offered. I would like to write debt validation letters to pdl co in whom which i have defaulted in or have paid off or made payment arrangements(in which i actually paying double what i borrowed, this i found out after reading this site). The pdl addresses i am in search of are Cash Transfer;Us Fast Cash; One Click Cash; Cashnet 500;National Loan and TenDollar PayDay. In addition the ones i have arrangements with however the intial loan amount has been paid off for example i borrowed 300 they(the pdl co) say since i defaulted i owe a total of 600, i have set up a plan to pay 4 installments of 150 i have already paid 2 of the four. do i contact the pdl to cancel the remainer or go through my banking institute and put a stop on the remainer two? Please help me out. THANKS A BUNCH ON WHOM EVER CAN HELP ME WITH THIS :!: :D

Here is a templae letter to use for the pdls at also,check your state laws on pdls,most of them are not licensed to do business.You can also google them all in the box,and see what others are sayin, get addresses,etc. Keep us posted!...Karen

What state are you in? Have you checked the laws and confirm the legal charges? Payday loan companies are not required to validate your debt. debt validation is a federal law applicable on collection agencies only. You can ask for an itemized statement for reviewing the charges put on your account. You will know if the lenders are following the laws there. The companies also need to be licensed in your state before lending the borrowers. You can check with your Dept of Financial Institutions for info on the loan companies dealing with.
