I can't tell you which company to choose, but I would advise you to avoid the Law Offices of Richard A. Brennan or any company associated with them at all costs. In my opinion Richard Brennan is a two bit thief. His company has held funds from my consolidation (not a settlement) for the past two months, they did not pay the creditors, nor will they return the monies to me. I cancelled on 9-22 and they still tried to debit my acct in Oct. Thank God, I didn't trust them and put a stop pmt on the account.
