I think I read a post on here a few months ago about filing complaints against lenders such as Cash Today Ltd. with someone besides the BBB, AG office and Dept. of Finance, because they are an international company.

Can someone help me out?

Are you asking about the international legal contact of that place from where such companies operate? Every country has similar legal aids. I hear FTC website is the most important place to begin with because all these organizations finally connect at one place.
