she ahd a stack of files with her and apparently none of those people showed up and they all got default judgments on them..she said the credit cards ar the one that get hurt themost in these cases which i somewhat agree with in certain circumstances,anyway she went on to say that most people do not show up and thsoe that do only do to turn over their houses to her.all the while laughing
i can only only stress after hearing this wether u do or do notthink u legally owe the money to plz show up
im not saying all collectors are like this but it kinda makes me angry after hearing this .i showed up but NOT to turn over my house to them or any1 else..

no actually it did not..itss till pending. the attourneys for the debt buyer filed a continuance.. so i have another court date set for this week..i also sent a dv letter 2 weeks ago but still have not heard back from them.. i just wanted to stress to people no matter what they think may happen at court to plz just go anyway..its better then default which alot of the jdb are hoping for..

yep it sure is scary stuff.. i dont know what the amounts of teh cc debts were that she was there for..if people would turn over ther house to her for them then i would assume they would have to be pretty big.. mines 4700. but up to 6500.00 with fees and stuff but i know im not turning my house over to them..at 1st i was scared but im not anymore i decided im not gettin bullied by them..ill pay what i can a month if they get a judgment.this may be wrong thinking but im not taking food out of my childrens mouth for this if i did id be back in court for a whole new reason..neglect
