debt through college

Through the last five years, four and a half of which I was going through college I accumulated a large amount of debt just through buying necessities on a credit card, buying a car and a computer, and other miscellaneous things. While I look for a career, I'm looking to consolidate my debt to just one payment so that I can pay it off easier.

Welcome to the forum! You should be able to put all of your unsecured debt into a consolidation program. A debt counselor should be contacting you shortly if you provided your details when you signed up on this site. They can discuss your situation and explain the options available to you.
