how can I find out the laws in my state about pdl I am in a big mess and need help.


I live in Ohio and need help with pdl.

Hi Faye, and welcome! Here is the link that will give you info. on OH's pdl laws.http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/ OH doesn't allow roll overs and they only allow $15/$100. I would suggest you sign up as a member, and return often, you will find alot of helpful information regarding how to deal with your pdl situation.

Here is the link to NC pdl laws:
They are illegal in your state, you are only obligated to pay back the principal, and you need to contact the AGs office to file a complaint against them.
