Yes, people here have posted about getting refunds from Quick Payday after mentioning their state laws. Review your bank statements and compare it with the charges allowed in your state. If you realize paying more than the permissible charges, draft letters to them and claim for a refund. They will have to mark your account paid in full if you have paid them excessively. See this link in which Quick Payday marked the account paid in full.

I already did that, they said it would need to be reviewed by someone in the office, but more than likely no refund, i know I've paid more than I should have according to WV state laws, which prohibt payday lenders and interest caps of 31% on loans under $2000
