received this email today 10/31/06:

Over the past several weeks, we have asked that you contact us concerning the outstanding debt owed to QuickPay LLC. You have closed the personal checking account on record for debiting. Your intentions are to not pay the past due monies owed nor set up any arrangement to pay off this past due loan. A request was made to mark your account ???????paid in full??????? and all business with you be terminated. After reviewing your account, we will meet this request and as of 10/31/2006 mark your account paid in full and you no longer have business with our company. This decision is dependent upon no further action being taken on your behalf with filing a complaint with either the Attorney Generals office of any state and the BBB or any other agency. Nor any other derogatory action performed against our company. Further collection efforts involving outside collection agencies and litigation processing will not precede and this account is closed. Past Due since 10/12/2006 Amount past due is $780.00 |

I received an email with the same offer TurkeyWurkey received on Nov 1. I signed it and faxed it back to QuickPay LLC on Nov 3. On Friday, Dec 15 I received another email from them stating that since I have not responsed to any of their emails, they have turned my account over to NCO collection agency that day. I emailed them back and said that I did indeed faxed their offer back to them on Nov 3 but they said they never received it. Now my amount due $680.00. I have filed a complaint with their BBB and told them I was going to do that and also will be contacting my Attorney General's Office today to file a complaint. I will also be contacting the Attorney General's Office in their state to file a complaint.
Any other advice you can give me would be a big help.
Thanks

I faxed the signed Settlement Offer Form to QuickPay on November 3. They are stating they never received it so on December 15, I received an email saying that because I have never contacted regarding my unpaid balance of $480.00; they have turned my account over to NCR Collection Agency and it is now $680.00. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and sent them a copy of my signed agreement that I faxed along with emails that they sent me and I replied to. I also mentioned that someone else(not giving any names)received the same settlement offer on the same day I did.
Have you heard any more from them, TurkeyWurkey?

Could someone give me some advice? I sent a couple of messages 2 months ago and have not heard from anyone yet.
Please see my message posted Jan 9 regarding QuickPay LLC. I filed a complaint with the PA Better Business and their reply was that they could not get QuickPay LLC to settle my claim. They now have sent it to a collection agency who has added $200.00 to my balance so now I owe $680.00 for a $300.00 payday loan. I did tell the collection agency that I filed a claim with the BBB and I was told that they will filed it on my credit report. So now Teletrack has something on there.
Could someone with some legal help let me know if there is any thing else I could do? It would be very must appreciated.
Quick pay and quick pay llc:
The LLC one I believe is a car title loan company. One does payday loans another does car title loans.... good luck with that.

This is QuickPayLLC;Payday Loan and they are located in Pennsylvania. I haven't contacted my Attorney General yet because since I faxed them the agreement and didn't hear from them, I thought it was marked paid in full; according to the agreeement. Now I received a letter from NCO, that QuickPay LLC turned my account over to them for collection and they added another $200.00 fee. The Pennsylvania Better Business tried to get them to a settlement but couldn't get an agreement so they have them listed with them.
