Whats the site that refers to if wether or not the payday loan compaines are licensed in your state?

That's right, the state regulator of every state is the best legal contact for such matters. You need to contact your state regulator and check for the company's license. All loan companies doing business in the individual states should have legal business papers filed with their law enforcement agencies before lending money to the borrowers.
