I have never heard of this company, I never received a loan from them, nor have I ever been contacted by them before.
Do they send these out as a scam to collect money from stupid people? Or has someone maybe stolen my info & gotten this loan?
Anyone had this happen to them?

Hi Baffled.
PD6 is well known on this site. They are an internet pay day loan company who goes under many different names - DMS Marketing, The Loan Shop, Westbury Ventures and LTS Marketing to name a few. Do you remember taking out any pay day loans? If so, what is the name(s) of the company(s)? Also, what state do you live in? If you took out a loan and they're not licensed in your state, you're only required to pay back the principal.

I did not take out any payday loans. I live in Texas. It does say the cash advance was with Loan Shop: PD6 Ventures/Xpress Cash and/or its affiliated companies.
Any suggestions as to what to do with this? I have tried to call, but only get voicemails.

I would contact your state's AG office, and demand that this company send you debt validation, they are required to provide you with the contract to prove the debt. Since you did not take out this loan that should not be too hard. Sign up as a member and I can pm you a few fax numbers to fax them a letter.

Baffled,
I too have been contacted by Xpress Cash saying I owe them $690.00 and have never taken out a loan from them. I also live in Texas. I kept requesting a copy of the quote contract that they say I signed because according to my old bank, there was NEVER a deposit of funds. So they finally sent me a contract which had all of my information about me on it with an electronic signature. I took it to my bank with all the names of companies that they say they have. Again, the bank manager could not find anywhere that I had received a deposit of funds from this or any of their companies. Plus, my account has been closed for over a year now. When I went back to PD6/Xpress Cash folks to tell them this, they basically told me I owe the money and better pay or they are going to come after me. I reported them to the AG's office here in Texas and they are suppose to be launching an investigation against them. I will not agree to pay these crooks a dime, no matter how many times they threaten me via email.

Hello.. If you have the proof from your bank that you never received the loan they do not have a leg to stand on. They will threaten everything. I would definately file a complaint against them. Good Luck KYSIDE38

Listen to Kyside and file that complaint. I did have a loan with them and I filed my complaint, they settled so fast it wasn't funny, they called me literally after the supervisor hung up with the AGs office.

I should also add that I had already paid them well over the principal and legal interest rate by $275.

I've had a loan w/ these people since December, I've paid them $360 in fees. My original loan was for $300. According to the valuable information on this site, I'm only required to pay them $351 (Principal + interest). I've done everything that this site, and others, have suggested, but these people won't give. Any Suggestions?

I've been dealing w/ Mr. Ragan of this silly place and I email him everyday. He calls me every day. I'm becoming quite fond of this guy (yea right)
So this is the line of crap this dude fed me today:
They are licensed by the Secretary of State Corporations Division (I'll find out of it exists or not).
He said that they are governed by the FTC, and that they charge the legal interest rate of PDL companies of 300% (annually).
If I do the math, they charge 780% interest Annually... thats not legal now is it??
Can anyone help me find out what federal govt agency regulates the interest ona short term loan?
