I need some advice on how to get my money back from T and C. I have decied to go with Langhorne law and i haven't gotten any support from t and c and have paid them about 200.00. How would i go about getting my money back?????

Well, every company has their policies. I don't think T&C or any company is going to refund the money after you sign the agreement. With T&C, there is a retainer fee and that is refundable after finishing the program. I heard someone saying that she is having problems in getting that money even after completing the program. Have you talked with T&C about this?

Let me know if you figure a way to get your $ back, my thought is is that you should just move on, however be sure to fax them your notice that you are terminating your relationship with them and let them know the reasons why. If enough of us do this they may get the hint that the are getting a bad rep as far a customer support goes. I can hardly stand how difficult it is to work with them lately, at first it seemed that they answered the phone everytime now you just sit on hold.

I would like some help w/ this as well. They did nothing for me. I have had to end up doing things on my own. Have never recd any pay stubs to make pymts to them. Every time I talked to any company they SAID they sent a proposal to...the company has never recd, and they have never recd a pymt either. I have copies of the $$ orders I have sent. I know it says that retainer is refundable after accts paid off, but what if they didn't do what they were supposed to?

Well my issue is i sent them their retainer fee, and then i sent in 2 good faith payments before receving the "payment coupons" but i still haven't gotten the payment coupons and creditors were calling me left and right. I understand i signed a contract but if they aren't going to do anything for you then that money should be given back to me. i have tried several times to get a hold of them, i have emailed a supervisior. so i am unsure how to get some sort of refund back.
