Finally!! One out of the way..

I sent one of my pdls an email yesterday requesting that they mark my loan paid in full, after receiving a "seriously past due" email.

I pasted my loan transaction history from their website into the email and said that I had paid back the principal as well as the maximum allowable finance charge for my state, so was actually due money back, pasted in the pdl laws for my state, etc.

Got an email back today saying they understand that I no longer wish to do business with them, and they have closed my loan, and I am no longer obligated to them.

One good result, finally!
