hello!! Some updates on Platinum B

So far Platnuim B is working with my hubby to pay off the principal and then there will be a 0 balance the people at this company are really nice...................call them if you think that you are going to default cause once its in collections well everyone already knows how that goes. Platnum B has some nice workers they will work with you JUST CALL THEM AND KEEP THEM UPDATED ON YOU SITUATION. and STICK to the arangements. thats all... But Bahamas Marketing Group.... They Suck :evil: So rude to me and we havent even defaulted just calling to see what they can work out for us.......I have learned that if you call these loans before they go into default they will work with you some way..... I have been told that we dont have to pay them back if they are not licensed in the state. I called the Regulators and they even called the company.... havent heard fromm them since..... :D but i do feel i need to pay back what i borrowed from the company intialy and a lil extra thats the right thing to do.... but if they want to FORGIVE the bedt GREAT.... can any one tell me any info on how to deal with BMG Bahamas Marketing Group? :?:


Tasha, one has the moral obligation to pay back the amount borrowed from a company. It is a separate issue if the company who gave the money to people is not licensed in their state and violating the laws. But as a good individual, one should return back the money that was loaned by the company earlier.

I also heard BMG Marketing is a tough one to deal with. Have you read these posts? I hope it helps.

They contacted me 1 time. They are the collection people for one of the pdls I had. They called me twice, and I have to say they are no longer calling me. They actually started refusing my phone calls. I reported them to the AG's office, they were foreigners and tried to play stupid and once they saw that i wasn't playing and I wasn't backing down, never heard from them again. They tried to intimidate me 1 time, I had the lady in tears (literally because I wan NOT going to tolerate her threats), so she put me through to her "supervisor" (Also wasn't tolerating his stupidity). Stand up to them, they played like they didn't know what an AG was and that they were calling from out of the country, I traced the number and it was coming from Georgia, and last i checked that was one of the fifty states.
