Please please please be careful with online loans, and PLEASE avoid payday loans. There are a lot of scams out there, and remember, if a company wants you to pay for the loan up front, they are not legit!!

I think I would start there instead of taking out a loan to pay a loan.Since you are registered,someone will contact you about free credit counseling.
