Pull your credit report from https://www.annualcreditreport.com/ It is a part of the Federal Trade Commission website and you are supposed to get one free copy every year.

Compare the items listed in your file from all the three bureaus and figure out the inaccurate ones. The CRAs often insert incorrect information because of handling millions and millions of files. Once you find out everything to be correct, start calling your creditors and request for a payment arrangement. They will be happy to follow your request because you are willing to pay off your debts.
