does anyone know of a consolidation company that deals with cash call. i have to get rid of these people and their high interest rates or else i will be paying them for what seems the rest of my life

Firts off close the ban account that they have the information about and NEVER ever give the new acct information out to anyone, secondly if you can get your phone # changed thus annoying phone calls will stop and finally send them a cease and desist letter like the one below. Know you are not alone, here is one womans experience with this so called 'company"

I fell into a financial hardship and turned to CashCall for a loan. They approved my loan, and it was the WORST decision I have ever made!! I was injured on my job and fell behind in my payments. That was the last straw for CashCall.

The calls began, and I was told by a representative to "not ignore them..they will only get worst." It got to the point that I was recieving 12-13 calls a day(both home and cell totaling 24-26 calls), each one more threatening than the previous.

I was told by one rep that I could qualify for a deferrment, but when I called back to inquire about it, I was told that I no longer qualified. I was told, "When that representative offered you that option, maybe it was available, but now it's not. They change the qualifications all the time."

I finally qualified for a deferrment, but life happens, and I am still not at work, due to my injury. Not only have the calls, emails and messages gotten nastier, but, I was told by the last representative to "stop acting like a child and make my payment."

I informed him that he was very rude and he said he was not rude, he was "direct" and that all it seemed like was I was trying to buy time. I have tried to go to different companies to consolidate my bills, but no one works with them, and as I was told by them, they work with NO ONE.

I am not trying to get away from my financial obligation, I am looking for a way to pay them off, along with my other bills, considering my present situation, but they still talk to and treat me like I am less than a human being. JUST SAY NO TO CASHCALL!!!

yeah i can relate to her story. my account is always debited their payment on the 15th but i wasn't able to pay on that date so i called and asked if it could be debited on the 20th instead and they gave me the run around untill they told me the only way it could be made on the 20th was if i sent it to them through money gram. so the 20th came and it wasn't even 9 am and they were already calling me at work and on my cell and i am telling them i will make the payement but it is 9 am and i haven't had a chance to get to the place to send it to them. so they said ok and the phone calls continued all day long both at work and my cell. i mean give me a chance to get the place to send it to them. i am leaving on maternity leave soon too and my income isn't going to be as big either so i feel i will have trouble paying them like normal and i dont want this to happen again. my only concern about banning them from my account and sending them this letter is that they will call my references and i dont want them harrassing them too. i mean its not that i dont want to pay them.
