Just called them...stating the only way to set up payment arrangements is to let the payment bounce and then a collection person will call to set up payments. Very nice lady...anyone have any better ideas as I can't afford another 30 hit on my account.

Then all you have to do is wait for the pdl's collection dept. get in touch with you to set up a repayment schedule.
How much did you borrow, and how much have you paid in finance charges before you'll default this time? You might find that you've been charged an illegal finance charge/interest rate on this loan depending on your state's laws. What state are you in?

mispac, The only problem is they will issue a paper check on your account instead of ACH. These people are ruthless. I would probably check into closing account or they will bleed you dry. KYSIDE38
