My credit card acct. was sent to collections, and they are asking for the total amt. due which is more than 9 grand I don't have that amount I was willing to pay what's due to bring it current but they don't want it they want the total amount due, or legal action will be taken against me , it legal action is taken against me what's the worse that can happen I'm in California.
