I am drowning in payday loans. I can't sleep at night and am about to have my house o go into foreclosure. I have called a couple debt consolidation companies but none of them deal with payday loan companies. I was up til 3AM last night and found this site. Y'all seem to know how to deal with this. I have seriously considered just ending it all. What do I do?

CA USA is one of my lenders. Their number is 866-840-0440. Since I have hired Langhorne Law to deal with these lenders, should I let them send the letters or should I go ahead and send out the letters this week. All those debits are going to hit my closed account this week. Just wondering if I should be proactive with Polly's letter, or wait on Langhorne

Langhorne Law. I have recently retained them. They came recommended on this site. I have 19, yes folks I said it, 19 outstanding pdl's. They have a very easy payment plans and will have all your loans settled in 6-12 months. My monthly payment is about 25% of what I was having to pay in just rollover fees alone (forget paying off any principal) And the first thing they told me to do was to close my bank account and open a new one to cut off their access to your money.

Hi Steve. What companies are you dealing with? Payday loans are illegal in the state of New York. Please let us know what companies you are dealing with, and how much you borrowed from each, and how much you have paid each one so far and we will be able to help you. :) We have some members from New York that have been battling these payday loans also and will be glad to assist you. You have come to the right place for help.
