I have been having the same problem. I sent a certified debt validation letter to them at 3411 Bailey Avenue Ste.1, Buffalo, NY. I haven't received my receipt back in the mail yet, but it was just last week. I don't think anyone monitors this site. I've asked several questions but no one has answered them on here.

Linda, wait for some time to see if Graham & Beagle is going to respond to your debt validation request. If they don't pick your certified mail, send one through fedex because they will pick that one for sure.
