If it is a collection agency, you must get something in your mail within five business days. This should specify the debt they are collecting for. Don't make any payment on the basis of one single phone call. Otherwise, every collector will get the chance to earn money from people without following the laws.

Why are they never there, simple it is because they do not exist!! Goldberg, Milstein & Black, LLC is just a phony fake name used by a collection agency in Columbus Ohio called Recovery One, LLC to TRICK people into thinking that they are being contacted by a law firm.

wow I came in contact with this nasty woman as well. She judges real quick before even knowing the situation. Funny she was collecting on a debt that has already been taken care of and if it wasn't I would not pay this bi**h a dime. I am sure she is reading these as well.
