I have been blessed by receiving calls from Allied

I recently started receiving threatening calls from the jerks at Allied for a debt for a person with the same name as mine, but a different social security number. They keep saying they will cease and desist, but everday, like clockwork, I get a call from the jerks. When I call them back and call them names and be as nasty to them as they are to me, they hang up on me: Imagine that.
I just got off the phone with the Federal Trade Commission. I filed a complaint against the Jerks at Allied. The FTC number is 1-877-382-4357. I was floored to hear from the person I was speaking to that they had no other complaints about allied interstate. I have a hard time believing that, considering all the info on this board. People need to call the FTC and lodge complaints also. Hopefully, they can stop these people. Did I mention they are JERKS?

If you have their physical address, send them a cease and deist
If you have their physical address, send them a cease and deist letter via certified mail with return receipt. This way you will have proof they received the letter. Also, ask them to verify that the debt is actually yours. They kept calling me one time and they were looking for someone else. Someone else shared my same last name so automatically it had to me. YEAH RIGHT!
