Please what are the laws in CA regarding internet PDLS?? I'm in the same boat as many people -- too many payments on interest only! Thanks !

Here is the link to the press release about CA and internet pdls, basically if they are not licensed they want you to file a complaint with CA AG's office over 40 internet pdls have been banned so far from operating in CA due to no license. I will post a link to the CA laws in a second.

The latest press release says that 4 internet loan companies are banned from doing business in CA because they don't have a valid license. 40 companies are undergoing investigations.

Go to this link for the payday loan laws in CA. An internet lender should follow the laws in CA before doing payday loans.
