Does anyone know how far back credit card companies or collection agencies are allowed to go back to collect a debt, in the state of Ohio?

I found that this true logic financial company pulled my retail credit bureau...To the best of my knowledge I owe no bad debts to anyone...what can I do and are they allowed to pull my credit without notifying me?

They can collect it until you pay it. Doesn't matter if it's on your credit report or not.

They are given a limited amount of time though in which they can sue you for it. That is called the statue of limitations. When that expires they can still legally collect but are unable to gain a judgement against you.
