as and associates

Someone from as and associates are callling me telling me that they have lawyers involved and demanding payment in full. The rep that i spoke with was very nasty, and said that she would not except payment arrangements. She also said that my personal information would be put out there in the system. Advice please
A S & Associates are supposed to send you something in your mail
A S & Associates are supposed to send you something in your mail so that you can check the debt account they are collecting for. Don't get scared of their threats. It is your legal right to know what they are collecting for. Just ask them to mail it and you will review it.
