How can collectors make threats to someone who does not owe a debt? They are calling for my daughter who is 25 and I have no clue to her whereabouts.She has took to the road and calls with a pre paid calling card from time to time.Her collectors call and say that I am hiding her and that they will send a sheriff to my door,I tell them bring it on and I will tell her or him the same thing ,she does not live here and I don't know where she is.They also say they can take me to court and make me pay her bills and I tell them them do what you got to do ,I have never saw court papers so I figure they are just full of it.
