I am looking for the address for AIS Services, LLC. Could anyone help me out with this in order for me to send my debt verification letter?

Thanks! After calling the 1-800 number listed on my civil summons, although I am being sued by AIS my file or whatever is with Morgan and Pottinger,PSC. The woman I spoke with stated THEY own my account. When I began asking questions she stated she wasn't permitted to answer any questions or diseminate any information regarding AIS,Services. She went on to say that the account number was different than the one which is on my civil summons. So what is up witht hat? Is it their account number for in house reference? After my conversation with her,I believe they feel they can win just by being rude and bullying.

Paige, the file number has to be correct if the attorney is trying to sue you at the court. I will say, you should send the debt verification letter to this Morgan and Pottinger also in case they have your file.

The lady with Morgan and Pottinger is wrong when she says that she is not required to give out any information about AIS Services. The information is open and it should be given to the person concerned. What is she pushing the case on? You must send your debt validation letter so that you can show the document to the judge. Send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. Do you have a lawyer to back your case?
