Problems with DMS Mktg

Sure have, I'm dealing with them right now. My loan was actually with VC Funding, but they're part of DMS Mktg, which are part of PD6 Ventures.

I get nasty emails, but when I ask for any info regarding the loan or try to work out any type of payment arrangement, I'm ignored. What have you been experiencing?

Xpress Cash is also another pdl of theirs. I had pdls with VC Funding and Xpress Cash. Have you tried filing a complaint with your AG's office, I did and they both have marked me as paid in full since I had paid well over the principal and legal interest rate, and they were unlicensed.

You will get the matter solved if you have paid on the principal loan and the charges put by your state laws. Review your bank statements to see whether you owe them anything further.
