Teletrack reporting

I recently received a copy of my Teletrack report and it is showing multiple inquiries under my social security number from a company I have not done business with before, a credit loan company. How do I get this removed off my report? I have contacted the company and they wanted my social security number but I would not provide to them. Any suggestions?

I contacted Teletrack and they informed me that they do not dispute inquiries on this page.
