drowning in pdl in texas also ...please advise ...help

Are these storefront or internet pdls? Because storefronts can file bad check charges against you if you don't make arrangements to pay back with them. The site also list contact info. in your state, and as for the internet pdls you can contact the numbers/links to your govt. I would most definately, at the very least file complaints against your internet pdls because there is a good chance they are not licensed to loan in your state, you should list that fact in your complaint with the AGs office.
