Can some one give me or point me in the right direction to get #, fax # and correct address for :

Arrowhead
CashNet
Instant Cash USA
Route 66
AIP

I am first contacting them all and letting them know that the accout is closed and I will be sending payments by money order and also sending them the wage garnishment revoking letter. Cash Net has already gotten more than 1/2 of their loan back so they better not EVEN go crazy.

If I only have to pay principle balance then this all will be taken care of in the next two weeks, hopefully they all cooperate.

Creditor, I saw in your previous thread you stay in MD. Payday loans are prohibited there. So, there are no specified interests and legal fees in your state. The payday loans were given to you illegally. If any of the lenders intimidate you on paying more, keep the state regular info in hand, you'll need it.

Creditor - aciotsf is right, so make sure you bring this to the attention of the payday lenders you are dealing with. Don't let them try to get you to pay the principal and additional finance charges to settle your debt with them. Deduct what you've already paid from the principal loan amt. and work out arrangements to pay that back and nothing more. Here is the specific info you can quote in your letters to the pdl companies.

Legal Status: Prohibited

Citation:
Consumer loan act applies. Md. Code Ann. Com. Law II ???? 12-301 et seq.

Small Loan Rate Cap
2.75% per month; 33% per year.
