Here is an article, great news for OH. This is why we encourage complaints be filed with the AG. It proves that they are listening and ACT when they start getting them. The AG office now has the authority to pursue action against any pdl unlawfully operating in OH, so watch out! Exactly, the more they pile up, it sends the red flag up. That is why the internet pdls hate getting the notification letters from AG offices notifying them that a complaint has been filed against them. They know that they are on the radar.
