I live in PA and am behind or have defaulted on 7 or 8 internet PDL's that I've gotten online since the end of July. I'm pretty certain I have paid back the principal amount I borrowed on all of them but they continue to debit my checking accounts, even when I've called them to tell them that I was overdrawn (from all of the debits hitting my accounts plus the NSF fees accrued). As a result, I am over -$1500 total in both checking accounts and they are on the verge of charging off. My last car payment bounced because my account was in the negative because of all the debits the comapnies were doing. I am tired of all the harrassing calls to my work & cell phone. One company, GFS I believe it's called, even called me back twice after I hung up on them and a "supervisor" there told me me that if I didn't pay them over the phone right then and there, they would come to my place of employment, embarrass me and attach my wages. What can I do to end this insanity??? Should I get a consolidation loan to pay them off? Stop paying them all together?

I also cannot find any addresses for these companies to send them any written correspondence. They have refused to give me it when I've asked for it. Does anybody have the addresses for these companies: US Fast Cash, GFS, Tremont Financial, StarlightsFS, LoanShop, XtraCash, Emerald Marketing & CashNet USA.

If they are all internet PDL's:
Get another checking account
Close the one down that the PDL places are debiting
Send all of them letters, I sent all of mine by email. You can usually get that info on their website under "Contact", but if you want to send them by the postal service, search this site for the addresses. You can also find the letters to use on this site. Hope this helps, good luck.

Keep in mind that payday loans is illegal in PA. These internet lenders have violated the laws by lending in your state that prohibits payday loans. You are responsible to pay only the principal amount. Since you have already done that after going through your bank statements, it will be your best move to close your checking account and open another one. Don't give out your new info to anyone. When they call you for more money, insist for a paid in full letter after reciting your state laws.

Being a PA resident you need to verify if the pdl's are licensed in their state of incorporation. If they are not then you have latitude to negotiate. If they are licensed in their home state, then you are screwed. There is a firm in Langhorne PA, which you may want to contact to discuss your options.
