I received a call from Daniel Philips and he stated that I was approved for a $6000 loan and in order for me to get those funds I had to send in $900. I sent the money and then the next day I receive another call from John Edwards that I needed to send $900 more for $12,000 loan, then after that it was to send $1800. These fools got me for $3600 and tried to get me to send in $700 dollars. I waited to late to look them up to see if they were fraud. I called John back and told him that it's listed on yahoo, that they are fraud company. John claims that I will receive my funds back into my account on November 13 2006. I will keep you all updated. Also left my account open just to see if they would, which I know I lost out.

I realize this to be a BIG SCAM because of two reasons.

1) They are asking for money upfront. A legitimate loan company will never do such kind of thing. Who knows if they will deposit the principal into your account after you send them the initial money?? Most scammers run away after people send them money. Now they are trying this on you. Be careful.

2) People have posted their real experiences with this company. Have a look and make your decision.

These are scams, no other way around it. A legitimate loan company would never ask you to send it money upfront. It just doesn't work this way and you will see these types of postings all around the forums. Please contact your local authorities to see what you can do about getting your money back. Also, file a complaint with the BBB and your consumer protection office. If they ask you to send in money, don't do it. BEWARE!

these people will take your money and you will never hear from them again. i sent them 1100.00 and that was before they told me i was approved for a loan. after sending the money they told me that it was going to put the money in my account. i gave them my acc. number and i never got the money. i called them back and they told me the money would be in my account on November 13th. at this point i had to put a block on my bank account because it was overdrawn because someone had my account number. after the bacnk cleared the charges they could clear up we were waiting to close the account after the money was put in the account. after trying to call the number Monday the 13th of November i relized then that the number had been discounted and i was never going to see your hear from them again about my money. please do not send anyone any money. they will get what is coming to them. they have ripped off alot of people.
