Ace Mortgage has a scam.With FHA loans,you have to do some things to your home. They tell you that it will come out of your cash out on a re-finance.They tell you they will hide it in closing costs, then the contractor tries to sue you or put a lien against your home.We had no contract or verbal agreement with contractor. Ace Mortgage did all the agreements. A good scam or what? Anyone had this happen to them around Jacksonville,Fl

I think I read something very similar on another thread. Almost the same scenerio and the homeowner was sued by a subcontractor. They paid the contractor who in turned hired a subcontractor and never paid them, so the homeowner was sued by the subcontractor with whom they had no idea they were and no contract.
