I read this article the other day after Amy posted it. It is good news and I chuckled at the name of the online article as well. I sent in complaints months ago when I was dealing with my mess. I'm going to follow up with some more this weekend with a couple who were pretty ruthless with me. I don't think it can hurt anything.
