bank investigation into gfsil in MA
Date: Fri, 11/03/2006 - 08:20
I closed my account, and disputed all the charges we paid more than the principal, and our bank gave us provisional credit for those items. They are going to investigate the chargesm and they said that if they find that we did give premission to charge our account, then they will take those credits back. I live in MA< and supposedly internet loans are illegal in MA< as well as interest above the principal. Does anyone know if we will end up losing those credits again after the bank investigates the disputed charges- with gfsil and ameriloan?

GFSIL is not licensed in any of the states in US. I have a doubt on ameriloan if they are licensed in their state. MA prohibits payday loans. Thus, you are quite safer.
Did you sign any contract with the pdl places authorizing to debit from your checking account?
