My personal experience has been okay so far. I have read mixed things about them on the forum. I would suggest checking them out the Better Business Bureau's website as well as reading previous threads. The main thing is to feel comfortable and confident in your choice of debt consolidation/settlement company. Ask the company questions and look over the contract and program information thoroughly before signing anything or making payments. If there's anything in the paperwork you are confused or unclear about, make sure the company explains in detail until you are satisfied.
