Uh..Your situation sounds complicated. Since your vehicle is attached to the loan, you are at the mercy of the creditor and they get the advantage by putting the payments as they want. You have to increase your source of income and make the desired payments otherwise you'll lose your vehicle. And your existing debts are also causing the major problem and insurance not paid.

I will say you should talk to a debt counselor and take his advice. He also won't have many options unless you show good inflow of money. You are in a tough situation and the answer to your existing problems is to arrange some money so that you can pay your debts. Is it possible to get a job for a short time and do the payments?

I have a job and it's a good one but I hurt my back and I go back on Monday but I'm afraid that it will be taken away by then.

humanbowler, I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. Nothing is worth hurting yourself over. I would get rid of those payday people and feed myself and pay my bills. The worse they can do if storefront is take you to court. There maybe they will come up with something that you can afford to pay. Back pain is bad enough without this kind of stress. I just got the results of my MRI and I have 2 bulging discs which my doc said there isn't much she can do other than send me to physical therapy which would be great when I start working again so I can pay them but mainly I just need to lose weight. Who doesn't lol. Anyway I'm trying another finance company for my Jeep. I'm not stopping. I don't know what I'm going to do if I go back to work and can't handle it. I wish I could find a desk job with minimal walking that paid decent. I had a sit down job that paid well but I quit to go to school and I tried to get rehired but never got a call.I wish I would have been smarter when I was younger and went to school for something. I'm still fighting........

It's not to late to go back to school, I will be starting school this January for computers (systems) and I am over 4 dimes.. just a thought

Schooling takes money and get loans which you have to pay and grants I know you don't have to pay those. I wouldn't even know what to take that would make me happy, that I liked, was good at etc. It also takes time which I don't seem to have much of anymore. Spreading myself thin.
