PDL and complaining about them

My husband has passed away and 500fastcash will not cooperate with me. I have faxed, emailed, called, done everything they ask. NO help. I have reported them to the BBB,FTC, and Mi. Attorney Genereal. How long before 500fastcash will respond? I sent out the complaints yesterday. And I forwarded all the complaints to 500fastcash. I still haven't heard anything.


500fastcash may say so. Be aware of your legal rights and the laws in your state. You have nothing to worry if you have paid their principal amount and the legal charges put by your state. 500fastcash is late in responding to people but you will hear from them with an email marking your account closed (assuming that you have paid in full). I hope that happens soon. Read this link. You will feel better

Was this pdl in your husband's name. Look in your contract it should state something about "in the event of" it should state something about death. Also, which state are you in? It could be that you reside in a "community property" state. Also have you sent settlement letters to this company demanding they mark your account in full? If you register I can pm you some info.

I agree with Rach I would send them a copy of death certificate. However this is an affilate of Rio Resources so I would not count on them giving up. They are vultures that do not care about anyone. KYSIDE38
