Marcia Bradys Lovechile, please read the post from The Watcher in this link: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/settlement/principal-paid-1.html
Can you please respond to it, and let others know what this is about.

Actually, Watcher, you'll reach my IT guy if you dial 101. He did work for Nationwide when I was affiliated with them, but was certainly not the owner. (Nor was I, despite what I've seen in at least one post on this forum.) He now works for me.

I believe I make it very clear on my web site that ALL of us at Langhorne Law came from the payday loan industry. And I have never concealed my own past affiliations with various lenders. To the contrary, I think its very important that I disclose them.

BTW - 102 is not in use. I believe it rings straight to my desk as a default.

Thank you for the vote of confidence, all. Here's the response that I posted to "Watcher" on the other thread.

Maybe Dennis Williams of Langhorne Law would like to answer why is still a Director and Secretary of Quick Check Financial, Inc, 2533 N carson St. Carson City NV 89706, and why 3 OTHER employees of Frascella Enterprises, who are notorious payday lenders out of Philadelphia, (Ambassador, CashToday, et al), all sit on the BOARD WITH HIM !!...So, let's say Nick Y (namewithheld) works for the Frascellas...and lets say Nick Y, is associated with Quick Check Financial...See, the problem with a guy like Dennis Williams, is he has zero credibity. He works for two thugs Larry and David Frascella, as a hard nosed collection agency, dressed up as a law firm (Langhorne Law), and even though he still works for them, and even though he SITS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS of a PDL, he comes to this forum and tells fish stories. But then again, both him, and Larry and david Frascella, and their father, David Frascella Sr., a convicted felon, are all from the same neighborhood in Trenton, so maybe that explains it.

Shadow, then how is it that Dennis is getting results for people with these internet pdl companies? He isn't taking anything from the consumer other than his fees and they are getting results. Can you explain that? I just don't get why you are coming here giving vague info. And I think most people would be coming here to give the dirt if Dennis wasn't getting results.

Not saying he is not getting results, I am saying he is a hypocrite and frankly, not sure how he sleeps at night. Three points:
1) I bet he never helps any customer seeking assistance from Ambassador, CashToday or any other one of the Frascella Enterprises pdl names. So sure, he will help, as long as the money is own to someone other than his puppetmasters. that makes his a hypocrite, it also makes him a bit more than that, but since there is no call for bad language, i will refrain

2) He is a Director of Quick Check Financial Inc.

3) He tells consumers who are NOT seeking relief, he tells them unsolicited, to revoke authorization on the ACH. That is immoral and unethical. Hey, i understand that some pdl's are run by some bad guys, but to send blanket letters to borrowers, and tell them to break their own moral code, and walk away from a legitimate debt, is an absolute disgrace. People whine all the time "I cant afford the $90 bi weekly interest". THEN PAY THE $300 principal off, and your paid in full. But then there is Dennis Williams telling people to behave in an unethical and immoral fashion, in a sense preaching "hey, let me tell you how you can borrow money, and never pay it back". That is just wrong, and that is NOT what this forum is about.

I believe if you borrow you SHOULD payback what you borrow and the LEGAL interest rate/fee. And you're right this forum isn't about getting out of paying what you owe. But some of these internet pdls have it set up so that you can NOT contact them to repay the loan in a timely manner in order to avoid the repeated fees. That is a disgrace and immoral, and the consumer ends up paying $1500 on a loan for $200 before they realize they have rights and learn the laws.

I would agree that there are some PDL's that do exactly what you are alledging, and it is very wrong. No question. Particularly the offshore companies, your Sonic's, Heathmills, MyCashNow's, just real real bad apples.

I can say that I have only had 1 internet pdl which operated by the law and is licensed in my state, they don't allow roll overs for consumers in my state, they actually discounted my interest rate by paying it off a few days early. And I know that there are others here who have not had the same experience I had with this company (CashNetUsa), and they had a bad one instead. They are the only one that didn't "screw" me over.

Just in case you were wondering what a snake Dennis Williams is, the following is his link way back in August professing what great guys his business partners are. Are you kidding me. And his posts make it sound like he doesn't know who they are....they all went to high school together.

Actually, only one Frascella company was sued (not the Delware company), in only one state (PA) and the lawsuit is still pending. (A motion to compel arbitration is pending.)The company Roadwarrior is talking about was a Pennsylvania storefront chain that did bank model loans for County Bank. The chain went bankrupt after County Bank stopped making payday loans. (PA doesn't authorize direct storefront lending.) The Delaware company is a licensed lender in Delaware and wasn't affected by the bankruptcy filing.

Seeing as "Frascella Enterprises of Delaware" appears right on 1800899CASH's home page, I don't see how the company is hiding from anyone under any assumed names. Does the Southland Corporation's use of the trade name "7-11" for its convenience stores mean its hiding?

Besides, online lenders that are hiding usually don't join the BBB and local chamber of commerce. Whatever you think of pdls, the Frascellas are pretty good guys. A couple of years ago they put up $75,000 to fund a gun buyback program run by Men United for a Better Philadelphia. They also underwrote a youth football league in West Philly and put up the reward when a 10 year-old was killed in a gang shooting last year. A while back, the city council honored them for their contributions to the city. Most of their stores are closed now, though, except a couple of check cashing locations. When County stopped making loans, the company shut down all their payday loan storefronts and filed Chapter 11.

Kscornell, I think somebody has a beef with Dennis and is trying to sabotage his new venture. We all know what he did in the past, that is no secret, he will just never be able to live that down, but he is proving himself to those in the pdl trap and is helping those consumers out of debt legititmatly. Nobody is denying what he has done in the past and even Dennis isn't denying that fact.
