I have four payday loans that were returned NSF on this payday. I did not receive as much as I expected on my payday to cover all of the charges. The payday lenders are Tremont, Moneystore, Debit One Step and CashUSA. They were returned today and Tremont just called me. They are going to repost my re-finance fee of $150 on my next payday. I have sent an email to Moneystore and am trying to find contact information for Debit One Step and Cash USA. These payday loans were the worst thing I have ever done in my life. They make it look so easy but then you are over your head with debt based on their refinance charges. It is madness! I do not want to continue renewing my loans but can not afford to pay them off in full, what can I do? Thank you so much for your help - this is self inflicted and I should have researched more before I proceeded with payday loans.

goneriding, Welcome to the forums. What state are you in? Are these internet or storefront? Give us a little info and see if we can help. Also dig out those bank statements and see how much you have paid on each one. You should register here and have a debt counselor contact you also. It never hurts to be informed. Best Wishes KYSIDE38

Here is the link to you :http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/state_detail.cfm?id=OK ur state's pdl laws:
You said these are internet pdls, you need to close your account and open a new a new one, this is the only way to get control back over your finances when dealing with the internet pdls. Which ones are you dealing with at this time? And how long have you been paying on them, I noticed OK does not permit roll overs on pdls.

I do not think I can close my account with an overdrawn balance - can I? Also, my husband and I both have direct deposits into our account with monthly EFT for our bills. I am going to close the account, however, my husbands student loan payment needs to come out first and that is on the 10th. I have been paying on them for a little over 1.5 months.
