This question is for "polly," I live in Pennsylvania, anything goes here. I have been with a credit counseling agency to handle my paydayloans. You seem to know soo much about the state laws the majority of the loans came from the internet, How can I get the balances down. Some of the interest rates are out of sight.

PA has a tricky pdl law, if the internet pdl is licensed in their state then they are legally allowed to loan with the PA consumer. The best way to get them paid down would be to block them from accessing your account, or opening a new account which will force them to work with you as long as you stand your ground. It would still be worth your time to file a complaint against each of them with your AGs office.
