You may file your complaint online at the AG's official website.
You may file your complaint online at the AG's official website. It's not very important to send certified letter to the AG but there is no harm even if you do it. They will send their generic letter to your mailing address after receiving your complaint. The investigations on the particular company will begin only after they hear from many people going through similar problems.

I am not saying you don't have to file complaints. The AG's office will not act as your attorney. You have to file your complaints to the govt in case a company is breaking the laws in their state. The laws are there to protect people. The AG will look into the matter after going through other complaints people have filed. If you don't complaint, how will they become aware that one company is breaking the laws under their nose. Filing complaints is a must. They will investigate after you place your complaints, but chances are that they might take some time to respond to your complaint.

Aah, a storefront lender breaking the laws, and not licensed in your state. That rarely happens, but if this is true, you have a strong hold. Confirm with the Dept of Financial Institution of your state. They should be having their info or you can put your complaints there. Which state are you in. I will provide you the links to their website.

File your complaints. After hearing this company, it really rings a bell. I am surprised how a storefront lender manages to do something illegal when they are believed to be following the laws all over.
