Collection to incorrect phone #

I have a question. I keep getting a call from a Universal Fidelity at 614-789-4825. When I have answered the phone they are looking for a chiropratic firm. I have told them repeatadly, that the phone number is a residental number. They will not quit calling me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but they have not responded to the complaint yet. I am wondering if I should take this to a JAG attorney at the local base to get help? I am tired of wasting my time and running to the phone every time they call. I run everytime because my spouse is deployed and I think it's him. This is getting on my last nerve. Does anyone know what or how to take care of this? Thanks so much for helping. M P

Next time they call, get their address to send payment. Don't tell them that have called before. They should all ready know that. But, instead send a certified letter to notify them that they have been told repeatedly that they have the wrong number and that you will sue for harrassment.
