I would close the account now and open a new one before you rack up NSF charges. They will probably call you at work if you don't accept their calls at home. You also need to send them a settlement letter, it may be that you have already paid back the principal and legal interest rate due to all of the roll overs you have been doing, (roll overs appear to be illegal in OK) You also need to file a complaint with your state's AG. I will post the link to Polly's settlement letter, you will need to demand they mark your account paid in full and state that you have already filed formal complaints with your AGs office, also, insert your state's pdl laws in the letter.

Here's the link to Polly's letter. They will probably threaten you with fraud charges, arrest, etc....don't sweat those threats, they are lying and it is illegal to make such threats to collect a debt. Just stand your ground with them and they will back down. You may have to fax, e-mail, and usps these letters multiple times. Some people have sent them multiple times a day by fax and e-mail until they settled with them. http://pollyandsay.yesdebtfree.org/template-letter/

Yeah, that's what I told my co workers when they started to call my work. It happens so much nowdays your co workers will believe you. Some of the companies you mentioned will tell anyone they get on the phone the details of your loan, so be prepared. They get pretty nasty. They will tell you co workers to expect the police any minute as you are about to be arressted to felony theft, fraud, and all sorts of other lies . . . .
